We have been working with WCDHD to offer a vaccination clinic for students wishing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine who are 18 and older. We will host this clinic this Thursday, April 8th, at the high school. Please complete the following information if you/ your student would like to receive the vaccine this Thursday.
Information:
1. Parental Permission Forms are required for students to receive the vaccination. *Please print, complete, and bring the attached form to the clinic
2. Online registration is required through https://vaccinate.ne.gov/en-US/ prior to arrival at the clinic.
3. The Single Shot Johnson and Johnson vaccine will be used on this day.
Vaccination times are scheduled by the students last name:
A-F - 8:30 a.m.
G-M - 8:55 a.m.
N-Q - 9:25 a.m.
R-Z - 9:45 a.m.
Makeup - 10:00 - 10:30 a.m.

TIME CHANGE ALERT: Due to forecasted weather conditions, the JV/V Girls Tennis dual vs Kearney has been moved up from a 4:00 PM CST start to a 3:00 PM CST start. Matches will be played at Cody Park, NPHS, and Madison Middle School. #WTMB
