Congrats to the North Platte High School Journalism Department for representing the dawgs at the NSAA state journalism contest in Norfolk yesterday. The j-squad brought home a 5th place medal with Jonathan Dekleva in newspaper layout, a 5th place medal with Olivia Eckel in yearbook layout, runner-up in yearbook theme development represented by Paige Anthony, Olivia Eckel, and Elsacia Buck and 8th place with Kaylie Leibhart in yearbook feature writing. Congrats to all!

Attention all job seekers who will be at least 17 years old by the end of the school year. Great Plains Health is hosting a job fair focused on our Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, and Laundry departments. There are many positions that you would be able to apply for to work long term or just for the Summer! The event will take place at the Best Western location at 3201 S. Jeffers St. on Thursday, April 28th - 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 3 p.m.
