TeamMates Mentors and Mentees are invited to plant a tree with your match! The North Platte Parks Division has invited us to join them in making North Platte an even more beautiful place to be by digging in to lend a hand! We will be at the Dowhower Softball Complex on the corner of 16th St. and Sycamore in North Platte today, October 26th @ 6:00pm. We will be providing parental permission forms to those interested, you can come with or without your match, but we would love to see both of you there!
Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet tomorrow, Oct. 27th at 8pm in the Dawg Pound. Come join us for fun games and engaging conversations.

A representative will be in the counseling office Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. SkillsUSA: We will have a meeting on Thursday, Oct. 28th after school at 3:30pm in room 1720, electricity lab to plan for upcoming activities.
All female students that are NO LONGER in a PE class or sport must clear their belongings from the locker room and check their lock in to Ms. Cepel by 3:45pm on Friday, October 29th. If not, a $5.00 replacement fine will be issued to you. Remember, if you ARE still in a PE class or sport, be sure to check your name off of the list in Ms. Cepel’s office to avoid being fined.
Join us for the Into the Woods Zombie Paintball Shoot Fundraiser to support our Colorguard on Friday, October 29th and Saturday, October 30th from 7 - 11pm All ages are welcome. Ages 18 and under must have a parent present to sign a waiver. $10 per person at Splatter Box Paintball in Hershey.
The NPHS Gay-Straight Alliance Club challenges you to step into a new situation that supports our local pride community. On Sunday, October 31st from 1-4PM, please help us celebrate tolerance with games, candy, and a costume contest at the Wild Bill's Fun Center back parking lot. Hope to see you all there!
NPHS Student Council Canned Food Drive will be from Monday, Nov. 1st to Friday, Nov. 5th (4:00pm). This event brings in tens of thousands of food items for North Platte and Lincoln County food banks. These food items are made available to families in need here in our area only. These families include friends, neighbors, and fellow classmates. Point totals have been assigned to all foods. A list with the point totals will be distributed to each teacher and will be posted around the school, or they can be picked up from Mr. Bruck in room 2201. Start collecting today!!!
Attention all 9-12th Grade Boys who are interested in trying out for basketball this season. There will be an informational meeting Monday Nov. 1st @ 3:30 pm in the PAC to discuss the start of the season. This meeting is MANDATORY...Contact Coach Kaminski beforehand if you cannot attend.

Are you thinking about a future in the military? The ASVAB Test will be given on Monday, November 15th at 8:40am. This is a free test and is important for anybody considering a career in the military. Sign up in the Counselor's Office with Mrs. Schumacher if interested.
SENIORS: Local Scholarship Applications are available in the Counselor's Office!!! All completed applications are due back to the Counselor's Office by 3:30p.m. on Thursday, December 17th.
