Attention seniors! If you ordered graduation announcements or accessories from MidWest Grads and have not picked them up yet please do so as soon as possible in the Counselor's Office. Caps and gowns will be distributed at graduation practice. Be sure to watch the upcoming announcements for more information.
Are you interested in trying out for the NPHS Varsity cheer team? If so, please join us tonight, March 30th at 7pm in the NPHS Careers Center for a parent informational meeting. We will discuss what it takes to be a cheerleader and everything you need to know about tryouts. Tryout packets are available in the activities office. Tryouts begin April 7th!
The annual Youth Summit is coming up on Saturday, April 10th from 10:30am-2:30pm at Adams Middle school. Youth summits are great opportunities for students to connect with other students across the state to share ideas on how they make their school more inclusive and spread the Unified Movement. There will be a lip-sync battle and guest speaker Dalton Risner (Denver Broncos lineman)! Pizza will be provided and swag bags will be sent to the students that signup! This is open to middle and high school students, athletes (students with Intellectual Disabilities) and partners (students without Intellectual Disabilities)! Teachers are welcome to sign up as well. If interested, please contact Mrs. Henne at jhenne@nppsd.org for the link to sign up by Thursday, April 1st.
Try-Outs for the 2021-2022 NPHS Colorguard will begin with practices starting Monday, April 12th at 6:45am in the Dawg Pound Gym and continue each morning through April 21st with Final Try-Outs being held Wed. the 21st at 3:45pm. Try-Outs are open to any student 9th-12th. Hope to have a great turn out for another Superior year!! Any questions contact Coach Shannon Hudson by email or Mr. Bradley in the band room.
Undergraduate Awards Night will be held on Thursday, May 13th for all 9th, 10, 11th grade students with a qualifying GPA at the end of Term 3. A list of qualifying students has been posted on the bulletin board next to the Counselor's Office. Please check to see if you qualify. If you have any questions or don't see your name on the list and you think it should be, please see Mrs. Schumacher in the Counselor's Office before Friday, April 16th.
