congratsOur NPHS SkillsUSA chapter took 16 students to the Nebraska SkillsUSA State leadership conference. We brought home 11 medals, 10 medalists, and a load of experience and motivation for next year. The results are as follows

  • 2nd place Customer Service- Finnley Eickhoff

  • 2nd place Opening and Closing Ceremonies - Finlley Eickhoff, Bella Harwager, Isabella Frazier, Brianna Romero, Zoey Husemoller, Avery Luenenborg, Abigail Hanson

  • 3rd Place for Welding Fabrication -- Dylan Bowers, Douglas Titman, and Ethan Britenham

awards nightIf you have been invited to Undergraduate Awards Night and plan to participate, we will practice today, April 15th during Bulldog Time. Please check into Bulldog Time then come to the PAC. See Mrs. Schumacher in the Counselor's Office if you have any questions.

gradAttention Seniors: If you have received a scholarship or award, and would like it recognized at Senior Awards Night on Tuesday, April 29th and printed in the commencement program, please bring or email a copy of your notification to Mrs. Schumacher in the Counselor's Office. (All scholarships can be turned in for recognition even if you don't plan on attending the college that awarded the scholarship.) All awards and scholarships need to be turned in by Wednesday, April 23rd.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people and make some friends! You can join by yourself or with a buddy! The sign up sheet is right outside the girls locker room or you can email Ms. Cepel. The deadline for sign ups is Friday, April 25th.

What type of auction is bestThe transportation department at NPHS is putting up a 1992 Buick century for silent auction. For more information, to check the car out, or to pick up a paper to put your bid in. Please go see Mr. Zogg in room 1729 before or after school before 4pm.

Students will load and leave by 8:00 am and will return just before school ends. Students will perform on the UNK Fine Arts Building Stage at 11:30 am and take part in a masterclass from the adjudicators immediately following. Good Luck on the stage to the Bulldog Jazz Band!
