B-u-t-t-e-r kindergarten made butter in a jar! We finished our Columbus and Pilgrim knowledge unit by dressing like pilgrims and making homemade butter. Yum! Yum! 🧈

To celebrate Read Across America March 4th-6th, we are "Reading with Rock, Paper, and Scissors!" We will have classroom activities each day! On Monday, March 4th we will have the opportunity to welcome Bruce Arant to our school. He is the Author and Illustrator of "Simpson's Sheep Just Want to Sleep" and "Simpson's Sheep Won't go to Sleep" Make sure to ask your student about his visit!

Lunch Change for Monday, February 26th!


Our 5th graders spent the week classifying quadrilaterals in math. They also were able to begin studying Shakespeare and work on some acting skills.








Partner reading in the sunshine, counting "wallets" full of money, and presentations from both Maple Park Dental and Nebraska Agriculture in the Classroom! Lots of great things going on this week in 2nd grade! ❤️
