The North Platte Middle School Honor Band will be held at North Platte High School Saturday, February 3rd at 3:00 PM. It is free admission! There are 13 schools from across the State being represented, and 16 band students from Adams Middle School. Hope to see you there!
Adams Middle School students had the privilege today to watch a GREAT presentation by Mark Leinweaver who spoke on "Why Character Matters!
The 8th grade boys basketball game scheduled for Monday, January 15th at Adams has been canceled. Also, the middle school girls wrestling meet scheduled for Monday, January 15th in Lexington has been canceled.
The middle school girls wrestling meet scheduled for tomorrow, 1/13 in Gering has been cancelled.
Adams Boys Basketball
Due to the winter weather forecasted for tomorrow January 13th, the 7th grade boys basketball jamboree at Lexington and the 8th grade boys basketball jamboree at McCook have both been cancelled.
The 7th grade boys basketball parent meeting will be tonight (1/12) at 5:30 at Madison Middle School after practice.
Adams Music Picture Days
Girls wrestling sign up meeting will be tomorrow, 12/15, after school in the cafeteria.
Boys basketball sign up meeting will be December 11th after school.
Try outs will be December 18th and 19th.

Students at Adams Middle School can help families get a leg up by donating items for The Connection. Things that can be donated are; socks, gloves, hats, blankets, toilet paper, and hygiene products. When students donate an item they have a chance to guess whose legs are whose. Donations will be accepted until Wednesday 11/15. Thank you

Girls Basketball:
Sign Up meeting: Wednesday, October 11th, after school in the cafeteria.
Try-Outs: October 16th and 17th for 8th grade. October 18th and 19th for 7th grade.
In order to participate in interscholastic sports your student must meet the following requirements:
Have a current physical on file with the school (Must have been done after May 1st, 2023).
Must have completed the Code of Conduct and Medical Release/Transportation Consent forms.
Needs to have an activity card ($40- gets students into all middle school and high school sporting events)
Needs to complete the XLNTBrain concussion test.
Must receive a blue slip from the counselor's office. (Students will receive this after they turn in all of their previously mentioned paperwork.)
The 8th grade football game on Thursday, October 12th in Hershey originally scheduled for 6:00 pm will now start at 4:00pm.
Both the 7th grade football game in Lexington and the 8th grade football game in North Platte scheduled for today were postponed due to projected weather.
The 7th grade football team will travel to Lexington on Thursday, October 5th.
The game will start at 4:30 pm.
The 8th grade game will be at Adams on Thursday, October 5th at 4:00 pm.
Both games will start with an "A" game followed by two quarters of "B".
We are monitoring the weather conditions for this afternoon. We will make a decision regarding the 7th grade football game at Lexington and the 8th grade football games at Adams around 12:00 pm today.
