April 29th, 2022 (Today is an A Day) 

• Lunch today is Nachos, Hamburger, Meatball Sub, Cheese Pizza, Taco Pizza, Popcorn Chicken Salad With a Roll, or Sunbutter and Jelly Sandwich.

• Breakfast Monday will be cereal, string cheese, fruit, and milk.

• Special Olympics Nebraska  needs your help to create a unified masterpiece.  They will use the art from unified schools from all over Nebraska to create a traveling art gallery to display at events throughout the year, culminating in an auction for Special Olympics at year-end to celebrate our 50th!  The theme is "50 Years of Creating Champions and We're not Done Yet".  If you would like to enter this contest please come to room 704 and talk to Mrs. Henne.  Entries need to be turned in to Mrs. Henne by May 4th. 

• Fascinating Fact: A lion’s roar can be heard as far as 3 kilometers away (2 miles).

• If you weren’t at the student council informational meeting and are interested in running for Student Council come see Mrs. Krull in the counseling office for an informational packet. 

• Attention 8th graders! If you are interested in being involved in theater at the high school next year,  auditions for next year's spring show will be May 12th, after school at the high school.  Stop by Mrs. Boyer's room to pick up an audition packet or contact Mrs. McDaniel for more information.
