NPPS elementary and middle schools hosted special visitors this week. NPHS seniors put on their caps and gowns and marched through the halls visiting where they went to school when they were younger. In addition to seniors getting a chance to reflect and think how far they have come, past teachers were able to watch with pride as their former students are getting ready for high school graduation. The elementary students were inspired and motivated as they want to follow the footsteps of their older classmates.
NPHS principal, Cory Spotanski, started this tradition in North Platte last year. It was so popular with the community, it has grown into a wonderful new tradition.
